PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT, PREDICTABLY DIFFERENT
This is our Signature Workshop and the foundation of all our other modules.
That temperamental boss, that employee that doesn't listen, that really chatty cousin who won't shut up , and that weird quiet one who rarely speaks a word. Every individual has a unique behavioral pattern that can be decoded – what drives us, our fears and how we behave especially under stress.
What would you do differently, if you had a user guide on people?
Upon course completion, participants will be able to:
Communicate clearly and effectively with different personalities
Identify and leverage on behavioral patterns in self and others.
Create a clear and common language between participants that discuss inter-personal issues.
Apply DISC principles to people-related skills such as conflict management, persuasion and motivational strategies, as well as refining leadership styles.
Training will include various sessions on theoretical knowledge of behavioral science, personal sharing and group-based activities. Participants learn by applying the various models of conflict resolution techniques as well as motivational strategies to existing the real-life scenarios as shared by participants.
