PROGRAM OUTCOMES

Upon course completion, participants will be able to:

METHODOLOGY

Training will include various sessions on theoretical knowledge of the sales cycle, in combination with personal and group-based activities. 

Participants learn by participating in various exercises, role plays and demonstrations designed to help them prospect, fact-find, pitch, handle objections and close more effectively. Finally, they will apply the techniques learnt from the exercises to a business case scenario.

During the training program, participants will learn: 

  • Demystifying Sales : What is it? Who does it? What are the characteristics of successful salespeople? Can you learn to be a better sales person?

  • The Sales Cycle : The 5 Stages of Sales, and how to escalate to the next stage.

  • The 6th Gear : How to build your reputation to attract prospects and earn trust.
