Mina is a junior consultant and coach. Her mantra is to focus on giving value because when we build good things for others, we end up building ourselves.

Graduating with an engineering degree, Mina came home to an unexpected shift of career in different industries such as business startups, finance and consultancy. Throughout her career, she has transitioned from a technical background to customer-centric industry.

In her current line of work, she is well-experienced in initiating, building and maintaining relationships with clients to enable them to open up difficult conversations, such as in personal finance. This allows her to empathise and consult based on clients’ challenges and needs. Through coaching, she helps clients gain clarity and accountability to drive them towards their goals.
