Graduating with an engineering degree, she transitioned from a technical background into business startups, finance, and consultancy. Now a Junior Consultant and Coach, Mina specializes in helping clients gain clarity, take accountability, and achieve their goals.

She has led and managed large-scale events, including BLNG 55 Years Anniversary (2024), BSP 95 Years Anniversary Time Travel Quest (2024), Panaga Health Open Day Games (2024), and BGC Walk A Hunt (2023).

Mina collaborates with organizations like Baiduri Bank, YSEALI, and She Leads Southeast Asia, using her expertise in facilitation, content creation, and experiential learning to educate, enable, and empower communities.
