Brunei's cafe industry has grown rapidly over the years, but little is known about the people behind it.

Who are Brunei's baristas? What did they study? How did they enter the industry? Do they see it as a long-term career? What motivates them to stay?

Through this survey, we aim to better understand the people, career pathways, skills, and experiences that shape Brunei's cafe workforce.

The findings will contribute to a public research series and help spark conversations about careers, skills, education, and work in Brunei.

The survey takes approximately 3–5 minutes to complete. All responses are fully anonymous.
