About Conflict Management Training
Conflicts are the biggest threat to effective collaboration, yet they are a natural part of business life. It’s important that teams understand conflicts and are able to manage them.
However, our experience shows that this potential is often untapped. Nine out of ten of our participants report experiencing workplace conflict, often leaving them feeling angry, frustrated, stressed, and demotivated.
The impact of unresolved conflict is significant. A study by CPP Inc. found that employees spend an average of 2.1 hours each week dealing with conflict, contributing to financial losses and lost productivity. Moreover, unresolved workplace conflicts are a common reason for employees to leave their jobs, leading to high turnover rates (Hom and Kinicki, 2001).
Despite how common this issue is, most employees and managers still lack proper conflict management training.
Our Conflict to Connection course addresses this gap directly. It equips participants with the skills to understand different types of conflict, identify triggers, and apply appropriate conflict management techniques in various situations and scenarios.
