Epipeople Management & Consultancy Sdn Bhd (EMC) had the absolute honour of facilitating a full-day team-building program, "Reconnect, Realign & Recharge," for the dedicated employees of the Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PABD). The day was specifically designed to help the team step away from their daily routines to strengthen interpersonal bonds and foster a unified organisational culture.

Throughout the engaging session, participants took on a variety of interactive challenges and strategic workshops. It wasn't just about having a great time—though the energy in the room was definitely high! These activities provided a dynamic platform for the PABD team to practice their creative problem-solving skills, and discover new ways to leverage their diverse, individual strengths.

By navigating these challenges together, the team was empowered to work with a shared purpose. It was incredibly inspiring for our facilitators to watch the participants embrace the core themes of the day: reconnecting with one another, realigning their focus, and recharging their collective drive to succeed.
