Megat has over 10 years of working experience in numerous industries around Brunei Darussalam, such as the Sales & Customer Services, Banking, Telecommunications, and profusely as Management & Project Control in the Oil & Gas Sector.

He began his venture as a Trainer in 2018, working as the Senior Trainer Executive for Cuckoo International Brunei, with experience in Sales & Product Services Training, Sales Motivational Training, Customer Service and Call Centre Training. Megat has trained over 900 salespersons as well as management staff for the company. Since joining EMC in 2021, he has facilitated communication and customer service training for financial institutions, the automobile industry and public sectors.
